Definitely a typo I think he/she was typing in أقراص and ended up with أقراء.
No such word in Arabic at least not with this exact spelling. I Googled your sentence and had a couple of results back from different websites.
If you look at the next paragraph, you'll see it starts with "أقراص القراءة".

I think he's referring to the disks inside the hard disk of a computer.
