إذا انتقلت ملكية المنشأة لدي الطرف الثاني لمالك جديد أو طرأ تغيير علي شكلها النظامي بالدمج أو التجزئة أو غير ذالك ، تبقي شروط هذا العقد و تعد الخدمة مستمرة و لا يؤثر ذلك علي العقد و لا تعتبر حجة في تعليق أو وقف سداد المستحقات المالية للط رف الأول في مواعيدها المقررة طبق ا لهذا العقد.
إذا انتقلت ملكية المنشأة لدي الطرف الثاني لمالك جديد أو طرأ تغيير علي شكلها النظامي بالدمج أو التجزئة أو غير ذالك ، تبقي شروط هذا العقد و تعد الخدمة مستمرة و لا يؤثر ذلك علي العقد و لا تعتبر حجة في تعليق أو وقف سداد المستحقات المالية للط رف الأول في مواعيدها المقررة طبق ا لهذا العقد.
