- يلتزم المستأجر بالتأمين على المباني والمنشآت والمعدات المقامة على الأرض المؤجرة تأمينًا شاملًا بقيمتها الكلية ضد الحريق والأخطار الأخرى وكذلك التأمين للغير (الطرف الثالث) لدى إحدى شركات التأمين المرخص لها في المملكة. ويجب تزويد المؤجر بنسخة من بوليصة التأمين وما يدل على استمرارية هذه البوليصة سنويا خلال مدة هذا العقد، كما ويجب الحصول على موافقة المؤجر الخطية المسبقة على بوليصة التأمين تحت طائلة فسخ العقد.
