B. Approvals
1. Manage the Expeditor, Architect, Engineer, Client and other Consultants with respect to the timely preparation of Building Department (and any other necessary jurisdictions granting approval to the work) filing forms and submission of such form.
2. Manage the Expeditor, Consultants, and Contractors in the timely close out of all necessary inspections including completion of all necessary paperwork.
3. Manage the timely approvals required from the Landlord.
