Por lo que veo, 1 Timoteo suele fecharse hacia fines del siglo I o principios del II.
Creo que la frase aquí se opone a esa idea y aclara que la mayoría de los autores de comentarios bíblicos fechan la cita antes (de ahí el "back").
"… la advertencia debería fecharse antes, hacia el 65 A. D."
