restructuring-based receivership Explanation: I am afraid I have no idea what 'remedial (sanation) proceedings' in the second weblink are, but this looks to me something like an involuntary receivership vs. a plain 'asset restructuring'. Note, in that web ref., 'Protection of the (AmE) bankruptcy estate' might - in England & Wales - be called 'safeguarding of the assets of the company or partnership business in liquidation'.
