There are many different ways . . . . . . to express the same idea. From the multiple options, we choose the most appropriate one. To determine the most appropriate option, we consider many criteria. The main criterion is the context. It is not the only one, but it is the top criterion. Your context is about the use of conflict management strategies to help coworkers overcome conflicts and ultimately get along.
