En el caso de los vehículos automotores y los gastos aparejados (mantenimiento y seguros). Para poder ser considerados deducibles, los vehículos deben estar afectos a la actividad, pero además **la afectación debe ser total** y el vehículo no podrá utilizarse para fines privados.
