Arabic term (edited): إثبات رضاعة = إثبات نسب بالرضاعة

From Quran translations, this will be:

(1) إثبات نسب بالرضاعة
Establishment of Foster-kinship by nursing -- (Islamic Terminology)

(2) then for هي بنت من الرضاعة لحليمة من لبن زوجها محمود
she is a foster daughter of Halimah by nursing, with the milk-father being Halimah's husband, Mahmoud.

(Foster, foster-kinship, nursing and milk-parent here are subject to Islamic terminology, not under lay English where such terms may have other cultural connotations.)

We note that the text says ثبت لدي بالبينة المعدلة شرعاً والمدونة في ضبطه أن خلود هي بنت من الرضاعة which is a direct reference to the fact concluded by the Issuer that the woman has indeed nursed the girl the sufficient minimum quantity that establishes the legitimate kinship. The word Foster must be added because 'this' foster kinship is the kind that establishes (حُرمة) sanctity. That is, not merely foster (with no حرمة) nor original kinship (with biological حرمة).

The idea in these papers is not to establish whether the girl was merely breastfed by the said woman, but to establish whether she is a daughter by legitimate nursing quantity. This does not mean, however, that the woman is a wet nurse by profession - just in case, but that it happened that she breastfed the girl the quantity that establishes sanctity.
