Female Teaching Assistant - Female Demonstrator
MOA'ED (معيد), or Teaching Assistant- also called demonstrator- (must have a Bachelor degree; usually graduated top of the class).

: The answer was posted more than 7 hours earlier. We don't say female... because the rest of the sentence will let the reader know her gender, and she said...etc. The second suggestion will sound very strange to Americans.

The answer given by my colleague was given by me 8 hours before here. the habit of posting repeated answers long after they are being posted and trying to wrong the answers posted by other colleagues is not good actually.

No, lecturer does not mean مدرس في الجامعة أو أنه يحتاج لدكتوراة. lecturer means a person who gives lectures or .a member of a college or university faculty, especially one without tenure or one that ranks below assistant professor
