This description refers to a specific diagram which I am unable to copy/paste onto here. This document is about the Gulf Conformity Mark. After للشعار in this sentence there's the symbol of "O" or zero with a diagonal on it. (I haven't been able to find that symbol in the large symbol gallery.)

Discussion
Does that sound right at all - "The thickness of the X's Equals 8.5% of the greater external diameter of the emblem ø ".
I see that the meaning is "roof, ceiling", and those X's appear at the top of the circle.......... That make sense at all?
You may post "font" as you are about to post it.
