Typo? Looks to me like it should say "rasch gebraten" not "resch". In that case, it would make sense and could be something like "lightly seared duck from the oven". Unless it is some kind of regional descriptor that I'm unfamiliar with, I'm pretty sure that "Roehrchen" here refers to the oven itself, i.e. the somewhat obselete "Bratrohr".
