Italian term
organo amministrativo

Law (general)
Etc., etc.
This is already in the glossary as "administrative body". But that was seven years ago and we should confirm it, in my view. What about executive body? Though, quite honestly, I can't make out the difference between the organo amministrativo and the board of directors. Talking about a private limited company, BTW.
TIA

governing body / board of directors
Until recently this was usually just a euphemism for the board of directors (full of amministratori sul consiglio di amministrazione), however two tier governance systems (dualistico) have recently been introduced with a consiglio di gestione and a consiglio di sorveglianza, so unless you are absolutely sure it is a board of directors, it is best to stick with "governing body"

executive body
Executive body includes all the possible embodiments of the body governing the company.
In Italy is possible to change the "face" of the control of a company passing from a BoD to a sole director etc.
The sentence you cite provides for the communication of the withdrawal of a shareholder which must be adressed to the company in person of the executive body, whichever form it has.
Hope it is useful

management body
whether an Srl or Spa, it could be managed by a BoD or a sole director. This term is general and nuetral enough to cover both possibilities.
