the brand
typowy w polszczyźnie zabieg, gdy trzeba wskazać, że o tą konkretnie markę chodzi -- w angielskim załatwia to 'the'

I'm suggesting this because I understand that what you're asking about is thoughts on how to deal with the 'prowadzonej'.
What you don't say is whether or not the job description states clearly that the employee will only be responsible for developing a/the markeing strategy for ONE brand/product, or whether they will be responsible for an unknown number of brand name products, e.g. Smith's Rich Blend Instant, Smith's 3 in 1, Smith's etc. etc. etc.
This suggestion assumes there will be more than one brand name product, of course. If the job description makes it clear that the employee will only be responsible for one brand name product, then could I suggest:
the brand promotion // the promotion of the brand
