As they come in

As they (the accounts) come in.
Peer comment(s):

agree Nesrin : Agree! Alhtough, as I said in my note to Noha, "regularly" may well be what's meant here, since accounts are probably constantly updated, and so need to be reviewed on a regular basis.

But then again 'regularly' may mean 'in groups/bulk' which contradicts the meaning of أولا بأول
agree Ali Al awadi : I believe that أولاً بأول means "whenever received/as they come in, etc.". "regularly" means "at long/short intervals, either individually or collectively".

agree abdurrahman : day by day

exactly, thanks.
agree Nesrin : In this particular context تراجع الحسابات... "regularly" may be what's meant here, and is what I would go for. But really أول بأول means something like "as soon as something happens/ changes/ becomes available etc. (depending on context).

I fully agree, that is why it is first on the list.

promptly

This is the exact meaning, i.e. without delay, though not necessarily instantly. See the dictionary reference below.

Here is an example of usage:
http://www.bankingquestions.com/multimedia/pc_reviewstatemen...

"Why you should promptly review your bank statement:
The banking laws attempt to allocate the risk of loss (from forgeries, alterations, unauthorized transactions, and other problems) to the party in the best position to prevent the loss ... "
Peer comment(s):

agree Nesrin : ...and here's my third agree! I just think (although "promptly" is most accurate) that أول بأول is often (mis-)used in the sense of regularly. That may be the case here, esp. if it's not specified at what point the accounts have to be promptly reviewed.
