: In this particular context تراجع الحسابات... "regularly" may be what's meant here, and is what I would go for. But really أول بأول means something like "as soon as something happens/ changes/ becomes available etc. (depending on context).

: ...and here's my third agree! I just think (although "promptly" is most accurate) that أول بأول is often (mis-)used in the sense of regularly. That may be the case here, esp. if it's not specified at what point the accounts have to be promptly reviewed.
