Concerning the first part of the Arabic nominal "the adjective" if what is meant is that this attitude is a world-wide one into which the islamic countries have to incorporate themselves ,then global is the exact term ;if it is just a trend among the islamic countries alone ,then inernational is the right choice.Concerning the second constituent of the nominal ,ie the noun ,it will depend on the adjectival decision just explained , in such a way that trend is an optimum collocation with global in the light of the first interpretation just given ,and orientation the best choice in the light of the other interpretation .That is my opinion -hope you find it of any use.
