Relief

If what is meant by هيئة is تضاريس then
"relief" would be the technical word used in maps, depending on your context.

Thank you mario, but he is talking about منسوب الهيئة which you could still be expressed as high or low topographic relief or similar, as relief is more general than landform exactly as you mentioned
