Italian term or phrase: DISPONE procedersi con le forme dell'incidente probatorio
P.Q.M
In accoglimento della richiesta..., così provvede;

DISPONE

Grazie mille!

English translation:DOES DIRECT that leave to proceed is granted on the lines of the pre-trial disclosure motion
Explanation:
1. the court (?) directs as looks like a court practice or procedural direction.

2. leave to proceed to the main trial on the substantive issue or on the merits and as based on the ancillary, pre-trial process (incidente usually holds up trial in most Roman civil-law systems)

3. Discovery used to be the civil term for criminal-type disclosure in the UK. Now discovery is used for both civil and criminal cases.

4. there is no such thing as an 'evidentiary hearing' in E&W (query: the USA or Canada) , rather a CMC , namely an interlocutory or interim pre-trial case management conference where evidence is mutually disclosed and a trial return date set.

Again, there is no such thing in English vs. US Am. law as a 'special evidentiary hearing', rather (a case management conference with) a process of pre-disclosure of evidence, plus deferment or deferral in the UK on your other 'rinvio' question would connote deferred judgment (postponement of decision-making) as opposed to a suspended criminal sentence directed to be served on probation.
