(subsequent balloon) dilatation
Explanation:
See https://www.cardiovascular.abbott/us/en/hcp/products/percuta...

"INDICATIONS
The NC TREK RX & OTW Coronary Dilatation Catheters are indicated for:

a) balloon dilatation of the stenotic portion of a coronary artery or bypass graft stenosis, for the purpose of improving myocardial perfusion

b) balloon dilatation of a coronary artery occlusion, for the purpose of restoring coronary flow in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

c) balloon dilatation of a stent after implantation (balloon models 2.00 mm – 5.00 mm only)

I don't think that "repeat" is an option here because it says "selbstexpandierend" (self-expanding, in relation to the stent) before, which means that the stent will self-expand to a certain size/diameter and will then be dilated further by introducing a balloon catheter.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Steffen, thanks for your input. I should have specified that it is the "nach" part of nachdehnen that I am struggling with. I've considered "subsequent", but a repeat dilatation also seems like a possibility. Any thoughts?

agree  Lirka: I would use "repeat"

agree  D. I. Verrelli: I like the word "further"; "additional" is another option. Also, "dilation" is an alternative to "dilatation", according to analysis in the Discussion section above.
