SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance - refund possible on purchase?

Good afternoon, between September 2017 and February 2018 I had been doing some agency freelance work so, in March this year, decided to invest in Trados software. However, just as I did so, a change in my financial circumstances meant that I had to accept a full-time job and have not had any time for freelance translation work since.
