Sub heading EFFETS under GUARANTIE for a shipyard/customer agreement
There is no full stop. I can understand every word but cannot understand what thez are getting at. "il puisse etre amene" il refers presumably to the boat

one possible interpretation
the boat should not be brought to the shipyard, except in cases where the company accepts that the defects are covered by the guarantee

A strange sentence...
What I understand is this: It is a guarantee for repairs to be made to a boat. The 'chantier réparateur' guarantees the repair or replacement of any parts that it is going to use to repair the boat. If the aforesaid pieces have to be replaced or repaired, the 'chantier réparateur' will evaluate the costs to see if it is worth bringing the boat back to the 'chantier réparateur' or to have the repairs made in another shipyard.

should it (the boat) be brought back to the (builder's) yard.
If I understand correctly, this document refers to the boat builder's guarantees with regards to their dealers, who themselves do boatyard repairs. In this situation, the boat never goes back to the builder's yard. It it repaired on site, but is nevertheless covered by the guarantee.
Discussion
Still no full stop.
